POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to two partners in our dynamic law firm. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with leading attorneys and contribute to the success of our firm. This is a Hybrid opportunity with requirements to work onsite in the Firm's Northern Virginia Office 3-4 days per week to oversee the office operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the attorneys’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders on behalf of the attorney.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.
- Track deadlines and manage case-related information.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support to the attorneys as needed.
- May involve other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant or executive assistant in a law firm setting supporting key firm leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

- Flexibility to work onsite in the Firm’s Virginia offices 2-3 days per week
- May require domestic travel for project related assignments on an irregular basis
- Position will require the ability for the employee to adjust their work schedule to adapt to Partners’ demanding schedules and support needs throughout the year
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Includes but is not limited to listening, talking, concentrating, standing, sitting, bending and reaching
- Occasionally lifts objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Frequently reaches and grasps with arms and hands; occasionally stoops and bends; must have manual dexterity
- Ability to closely examine and inspect materials
- Ability to travel as needed
- Frequently uses a keyboard to enter or transform words or data
- Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are few physical discomforts due to dust, dirt, and noise
